The easiest way to protect information is to encrypt the files using FileCrypt. FileCrypt is contained in a USB token, similar to a memory stick. Just insert it, right click the files you want to protect and they become encrypted using your own personal key. These files can then be safely sent by email to recipients who must also have a FileCrypt token.
